As your Indepedent Support Coordinator, Antonio works alongside you to make your NDIS plan come alive — connecting you with the right providers, removing barriers, coordinating supports, and ensuring your plan is used in a way that genuinely improves your daily life. Support Coordination is about turning a written plan into real‑world outcomes, and ensuring you feel confident, informed, and in control every step of the way.

At Prosperity You, we currently support participants whose NDIS plans already include Support Coordination, either plan‑managed or self‑managed. If your plan doesn’t have Support Coordination yet, or if your Support Coordination funding is NDIA‑managed, we can help you request this change from the NDIS — at no cost to you. Many participants don’t realise they’re eligible, and we’re here to make the process simple, clear, and stress‑free.
Prosperity You operates with full policies, procedures, and quality safeguards aligned with the NDIS Practice Standards, ensuring your support is safe, transparent, and delivered with intention. We are also in the process of becoming a registered NDIS provider, further strengthening our commitment to premium, participant‑centred support.
